StarPro provides you with an intuitive user interface that allows you to easily setup your STAR's in the database and establish communication with a given unit.

Communication with a STAR is easily established by double clicking on its icon.

StarPro downloads all types of data files from STAR 2010's and 3010's and stores them in a database.

Select the file(s) you want to download and StarPro will handle the rest.

Faster and safer operation is provided with file stamp verification prior to download. Any file from a given STAR is stored in the database only once.

Upload

Any data downloaded from a STAR can be uploaded back to that STAR or to any other STAR. For example, one can easily modify Frequency Plans and make them all the same for all units.

Graphics

No need to mess around with text files and spreadsheet software, StarPro does all your charts for you.Any STAR data file stored in the database can be retrieved , displayed and printed as a graphic.

Chart Channel Scan files as step, line or bar charts

All screen graphics provide you with a live cursor to verify level and frequency values.

Database

StarPro uses Microsoft MS-Access 97 technology, to store all downloaded data.

StarPro provides you with a consistent way to select data from the database. Whether you want to chart a data record, see discrete values or upload data to a STAR, the data selection is always done in the same fashion.

StarPro allows you to select data and narrow your selection from all the data in the database to a specific file, date, time and STAR.

StarPro exports data to ASCII files compatible with both STARdos and STARDATA.

StarPro also exports data from one to any other StarPro created database for backup, maintenance or transfer purposes.

Other Features

Modify file labels directly in your STAR 2010 or 3010 by typing on your keyboard before or after you save a file in the STAR.

Modify file labels directly in the database after download.

Modify Frequency Plans on the computer and upload them to the STAR.

Modify Sweep Tables directly on the computer and upload them to the STAR(3010 only).

Use the little known User Report to print your own report directly from the STAR.

Gather your data from remote locations. StarPro can operate through a modem to communicate with a remote STAR.

User selected colors for charts.

Prints charts in color on color printers.

Versions

StarPro 32 is the only software that is now updated. If you are still using StarPro B, you should think about updating your software.
